To book an appointment at one of our 3 locations, please access our client portals using the buttons below. If you are a new patient you can register through the portal to book an appointment. Note, if you have been seen in our office before, simply log-in with your last name, date of birth, and phone number. For emergency services, please contact us by telephone. To our valued patients
Here at Rocky Mountain Optometry we strive to provide the best service for our patients. This includes the latest technology and comprehensive eye examinations possible, however, with this comes increased costs. Please be aware that as of June 1st, 2024 the cost of all eye exams will be increasing a small amount. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. This gives us the opportunity to schedule other patients who may need the available time that your cancelled appointment has created. If notice is not given, there will be a $50.00 charge applied to your account.
Please reschedule your appointment with as much notice as possible if you are experiencing any new or worsening symptoms flu-like symptoms
